About

Becca Searcey
from South Shields
β
Hey. My name is Becca Searcey, and I am a Photographer. I specialize in animals, landscapes and I have been doing some practice with taking photographs of people. I got into photography in school when I did a photography section in my imedia course in year 10 and found it an amazing subject ever since.
ββIn 2018, I started a Photography Level 3 Extended Diploma course for 2 years at Gateshead College. Here I learned the different aspects of a camera and where I learned to edit my images using Photoshop and Lightroom but mainly Photoshop.
βI got diagnosed with ADHD and Dyspraxia in 2011 and finally got my Autism diagnosis in 2019. This might seem like useless information to you since I am here to boost myself up about my photography but really it will come in use for you. Photography has become a real help for all of my disabilities because it gets me out of my comfort zone and makes me want to try new things which sometimes can be quite overwhelming to deal with.
